Review: Broadway Nail Dress Stick-On Wraps

I have always wanted to try these nail wraps when it came out of the market because it looks so easy to apply to get great nail design. I am very happy when I received the Broadway Nail Wraps to try! As you may know, I am not the type of person who's good at doing nail art so these nail stickers with different design come in handy when I want to dress up my nails a bit.

My Thoughts
I think these nail stickers would work best if the nail is a squaval (circle square) shape. I tried on my circle shaped nails and it looks terrible! It makes everything seems harder. You are supposed to find the right size sticker for each of your nail then stick them on your nail. After that you use the smooth side of the nail filer provided to get rid of all the air bubble. When you see no bubble, just use the rougher side of the nail filer to file off excess in a downward motion.

No matter how I try to smooth out the air bubble and file off the excess, a pop up folded sticker will appear in the middle of it as you can see in my index finger above.

The polka dot design looks pretty but maybe the technique I used to file nail and the shape of my nail are the causes to the problems of these nail stickers. I looked up blog posts & videos about how to apply nail stickers and copied it but it still looks mess up on my nails.

With a top coat, these nail stickers can last a few days. When the stickers start to come off, just peel them off nail and remove reside with nail polish remover. The removing process is quite simple.

If you like nail wraps, then these might be just for you! Even though it didn't quite work out for me but it might for you.

  2. Interesting idea, but I'd rather wear my own nail polish. Seems easier than having to cut them into perfect shapes for the nails :p

  3. @YamiI haven't try the SH one yet but I don't really like the idea of nail wraps. It's so hard to fit with my nails!

  4. @Rainy Days and LattesI agree with you! Putting on nail polish is a much easier job for me to do because I don't have to file stickers to fit with my nails!

  7. it's a shame they're fickle to work with, cuz they're just so darned cute! I like the Konad nail system a LOT! great for teens to do, too! it helps eliminate worry about cutting and such since all you're using is your own polish to get the look.
