Review: YBF Baked Goodies Lipgloss

Do you love sweets? I don't know about you but I sure do! I have to have some desserts after every meal to satisfy my sweet tooth. If you love sweets, then you'll love what I will be reviewing today. They are the YBF Baked Goodies Lipgloss!

YBF stands for Your Best Friend. This is a comprehensive cosmetics line with products so fashion-right and user-friendly, Stacey the owner, believes you will come to think of each product as your best friend. She has infused the line with ybf's Smart Active Complex, an exclusive, paraben-free formula, enriched with extracts from the earth. This innovative complex acts as a personal skin monitor, making sure nothing shows through except a beautiful you!

If want to hear my thoughts and see swatches of these lip glosses, then stay tune!

(Left to Right) Creme Brulee, Coconut Cream, & Strawberry Shortcake

Crème Brulee is a semi opaque frosty beige with a hint of shimmer with a scent of very sweet vanilla and burnt sugar. It's not so much like creme brulee in my opinion.

Coconut Cream is a warm medium peachy color with a nice hint of coconut cream scent.

Strawberry Shortcake is a light candy pink color with a strawberry shortcake scent, which I adore!

My Thoughts
I actually find these lip glosses quite pigmented on my lips. The scent is what I adore the most about the lip gloss because every time, I would try to lick them when I have them on. All three of them have a very pleasant scent that I think most woman will love!

The formula of the gloss isn't sticky or feels thick when applied on the lips but the wear time is very short. In less than 30 minutes, the gloss start to fade away and I will need to reapply it. I think that's the only downside to these products.

However, I love the packaging of these lip glosses. All of them have a big red cap and a big fat clear tube to let you see the color of the gloss. I find it very cute and adorable. This reminds me of the Milani 3D Glitzy Gloss.

I really love Strawberry Shortcake and Coconut Cream because they are very wearable and look great on my lip. I find that Crème Brulee isn't as wearable as the other two because it's very frosty and has a nude color. I really think that I don't look good with nude lip color or I just couldn't find one that matches me. If you like frosty and nudes, then you would love this lip gloss.

I couldn't locate the price of these lip glosses individually but you can go to HSN and find it but it does come with two of YBF's eyeliner for around $30. It is currently sold out at HSN and I don't know when they will restock. Overall, I think these lip glosses are okay and I don't think I would purchase them for its price and durability of the gloss.

Rating: 3/5
