Review: The Brush Guard

Do you ever wonder why your brushes won't stay in shape after cleaning it? I know why. It is because you haven't used something to hold and protect your clean brushes from water dripping down to the glue inside the brush.

What is The Brush Guard?
The Brush Guard is a flexible, breathable sheath that slips over a brush’s handle and over the bristles to give makeup brushes the best possible protection.

Only The Brush Guard allows brushes to dry bristle-down so water can’t damage the ferrule. The brush dries in perfect shape and lasts longer!

With The Brush Guard in place, makeup brushes can go anywhere safely.

I was sent the Variety Pack to review, which include 1 Shadow/Liner (ex. small), 2 Blush (small), 2 Foundation (medium), and 1 Powder/Kabuki (Large).

My Thoughts
After cleaning my brushes, I would put these brush guard into the brushes to secure them in place. There are things you shouldn't do after cleaning your brushes. You should not dry your brushes upward because the water can drip down inside brushes, damage the bristle and the glue attached inside. You should not dry your brushes on the side because the water can still find its way down and damage brush. What you have to do is dry your brush downward with the brush guard to hold brushes in its original shape and prevent any dirt or bacteria inside the brush while it's drying. The price of this is very affordable to anyone! Overall, I am very satisfied with The Brush Guard because I now have clean brushes to use. I would definitely recommend this any people who use makeup brushes.

  1. Thanks for explaining this so clearly. It IS a great product and i love it too. Yesterday was shocked to find somehow my best powder brush got all messed up. I washed it as TheBrushGuard.com videos tell you to do, dried it in the BrushGuard, and I just checked - it looks as good as new! Thank you BrushGuard!
