Dermstore Haul & Mini Reviews

A few weeks ago, I entered a giveaway at iFabbo's Facebook page and I was 1 of the 5 winners! I was so thrilled and excited because I won a $100 DermStore gift card! I have heard about DermStore but never bought anything there yet.

DermStore.com is a health & beauty ecommerce site that was created by a board certified dermatologist who saw the need to provide accurate skin care information and qualified, healthy skin care product solutions on the web. Since its launch in 1999, DermStore has grown to offer a range of more than 450 skin care and cosmetic brands along with expert advice and esthetician recommended regimens.

With that gift card, I picked five products that I am most interested in trying from the online store.

Are you excited to have closer look of the products itself?

Price: $17.49

Lately, my nails are crying to me saying that they are so dry and flaky. I have to do something about it, right? When I saw the top rating on this nail protein, I knew I have to get it. The one I got was Formula 2, which helps with weak, brittle, peeling and soft nails.

I am loving this product because ever since I apply it on my nails, I can really see the result! It's not peeling and soft anymore! When you apply nail polish or any nail product, you have to wait quite a while for it to dry, right? Well, this nail protein dries super fast

I highly recommend this nail protein to anyone who has the same issue as me!

Essie Nail Polish "Eternal Optimist" & "In Stitches"
Price: $8.00 ea
I was thinking to buy some spring nail polish and I came across these two colors! I think pink would make a great spring color or for any seasons! Of course, I did some research on the two colors first before getting these! I will swatch them on a later post for you girls to see the color!

Price: $30.00

As summer is approaching, I will need to get my face lighten up a bit. My skin tone has gotten a bit darker since last summer! I don't know why but Asian (me!) rather have a whiter complexion rather than getting tan over the summer. I think lighter skin tone suits me better than tan. That's when this face serum comes in place!

This John Masters Organics Vitamin C Anti-Aging Face Serum has all the component I need! It contains vitamin C that helps lighten up your skin tone! Also this serum has anti-aging elements in some of its ingredients! Preventing wrinkles and fine lines are a woman's lifelong mission! Don't you agree?

It is better to start early rather than apply it when you start noticing the aging in your skin!

I have been using this for a week or so and so far no irritation or breakouts yet! It's nice that it absorbs rather quick into the skin but it doesn't give me time to do some massaging to my face!

Since this is a thicker serum, it is best to use it on your night time routine. I will update you with later if I get any result with this face serum!
Price: $27.16

I am always in the look out for a good day time moisturizer that contains SPF! I don't really like to apply sunscreen after my moisturizer because that would feel rather thick. I read some reviews on the DermStore website about this product and most of them came out to be good! I knew I have to try this product!

I am in love with the La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water and this moisturizer didn't disappoint me too! I love how this is non-greasy but still did a good job in hydrating my skin!

So far, this product did not cause any breakouts or irritation on my normal/oily skin. You can see below that the product looks thick like cream, but when you spread it around your skin, you will feel how lightweight it is!

I just start using this moisturizer so I don't know if this will be a good product during the hot summer days. I'll try to update you with my experience later on.

Now that's the end of my mini reviews about my DermStore haul.

The website very easy to navigate around! I love how organized this online beauty store is! Shipping to me was good as I receive it in a week or so. I have to go to the post office to pick up the package because the mailman wouldn't come over to my apartment :(

Remember to check out DermStore's Facebook as they are always doing giveaway there!
