Review: Cleopatra's Choice 100% Pure African Shea Butter

My skin is dry in part of my body such as arms, elbows, knees and legs. The reason it's dry is that I didn't put on any body lotion or body butter after shower. After I finish using The Body Shop Body Butter in Moroccan Rose, I never bought a new one. I was excited when Cleopatra's Choice contacted me to try out some of their products! I heard so many good things about their 100% Pure African Shea Butter!

Want to know if I like this or not? Stay tune!

Cleopatra's Choice 100% Pure African Shea Butter is 100% organic and is imported from Ghana, Africa. It can be using in many different ways such as deep moisturize skin, help treat dark spots, skin discolorations, stretch marks, blemishes, and great for preventing wrinkles in face!

The Shea Butter is a rich, concentrated emollient filled with Vitamins A, E and F!

It comes in a solid form so when you want to use it, be sure to put it in the microwave for 30 seconds or put it in a hot bowl of water and wait for the shea butter to melt.

The shea butter has a weird scent but it's something that I can stand. If you really don't like the scent, you can add some jojoba oil, Vitamin E or even coconut oil to mix up the scent.

I love that this shea butter help hydrate my dry skin! I feel like when I first apply it, my skin look like it's glowing! Of course, the glowing wouldn't last but I did compare the skin with the shea butter on and the one without. The one without looks dull and the one with has a brighter complexion!

I use this shea butter when my face is dry and looks flaky! I wouldn't use this in the morning on my face because the butter is rather thick. I like to go lighter with my moisturizer during daytime. Therefore, it does help with dry patches on skin!

If you like an all-in-one product, then Cleopatra's Choice 100% Pure African Shea Butter is right for you. To me the scent is not a big issue so I suggest you girls to try this product!

  1. It looks like it's really moisturizing. I agree that it's probably too thick to use on the face, but this would probably work miracles on dry knees, elbows, and hands. Your face looks so milky white in these photos btw! So envious :D

P.S. I'm hosting a giveaway on my blog; would love for you to check it out Mimi!
