Usually, I am very picky about foundation because I want to look my best but don't want to look like I have a mask on. I want to look flawless but still look natural. Another reason I am picky is because some foundation look cakey and heavy. I love to use a very moisturizing foundation because sometimes I have dry spot that wants to be covered too.
When Myface cosmetics send me their mymix foundation, I was eager to try.

MyMix Foundation in Fair 02
Price: $28.00
Blended on hand
As you can see above, this is a runny liquid foundation. I think it blends rather well on my face with a brush or even with my fingers! At first, I thought the color is too light for my face because I have a light/medium skin tone but it blend it quite well with my skin tone. I am impressed with this foundation!
To me, this foundation is like light/medium coverage but buildable too.
Previous foundations I used look cakey on me but the MyMix Foundation applies smoothly on my face. I don't know if it's the primer I used or the foundation itself but I find it to be very moisturizing.
The only downside I find is that it does look a bit cakey when you apply on top of dry spot even with a primer but overall, I really like this foundation!

ReplyDeleteSounds great though. although I
would be hesitant about how well this would for acne scars.
@Yami: This is a UK brand. I think the coverage is light/medium so it might work for some people. If you really need full coverage, this isn't that kind of foundation:)
