Whenever I have a sore throat, I would make a drink that contains water, honey, and lemon. You can find this drink in all of Chinese Cafe or you can say Hong Kong style cafe. That's why I know the importance of honey and use it frequently in my diet.

Sorry about the random talk, now back to the star of this post. The products that are going to be mention are from a company called Honeymark. All their products are made from all natural ingredients and included their Manuka Honey in it.

What They Say About It
Manuka Honey is a premium, mono-floral honey which is produced by bees that gather nectar from the flowers that grow on the Manuka bush (also known as Leptospermum scoparium) which is indigenous to New Zealand. Studies have found that active Manuka Honey contains antibacterial properties making it extremely effective in providing help for a wide variety of health issues.

Manuka Honey Uses: Based on recent studies, Manuka Honey has been known to be effective in a number of internal uses such as settling the stomach and helping aid digestion by helping with bloating and wind elimination.

Directions for use: Take 1 teaspoon before meals, 3-4 times per day.

Ingredient: 100% Pure, raw, natural, un-pasteurized active Manuka Honey (UMF® 16+) from New Zealand.

My Thoughts
I have tried this product for a couple of weeks and so far I love it. Each morning, I take 1 teaspoon of Manuka Honey and mix it with 8 FL OZ of water, then drink it. It really helped my digestion a lot because I used to have a sour stomach and it's really bothering me. I think if I keep it up and drink it about 3 times a day; it could help my stomach a lot.

My Thoughts
I remember the first time I was trying on this mud mask, it sting part of my face. I think I forgot to read the instruction stating that don't put it on sensitive area. That time, part of my face is super dry and sensitive due to climate and weather changing. When I put it on, those parts are burning and stinging. I immediately wash it off and that part is all red and hurt. I then tell myself to try this mask once again when my face are all heal.

The next time, I make sure not to put it on some sensitive area and it didn't burn anymore. I was very happy about it because I can finally get to test it again. After putting this mask on for 15 minutes, my face feels tight and smooth. I love the fact that it can exfoliate away the dirt on my face and moisturize it too. My skin doesn't feel dry at all after rinsing the mud mask off. I would recommend this to others too.

I suggest if your skin isn't flaky and super dry, you can use this mask but if yes, I think you should test it on hand to see if it will burn.
